Wire Mesh Demisters with Filter Rasching Ring for Stacked Filtration System

Filter raschig rings and wire mesh demisters are used to separate droplets or solid particles from a gas stream. The device consists of several rings of low resistance, rasched-ring style wire mesh stacked together. The size, length, and width depend on the application and the gas flow conditions. Size and length of the demister can range from 3 to 40 inches. The width of the demister typically ranges from 0.5 to 10 inches.

Filter raschig rings are cylindrical pieces that fit over a liquid filter to provide support and form a seal. This ensures a tight fit, which helps prevent liquid leakage.

Wire mesh demisters are made of a woven net that is wrapped around a filter's circumference to help remove solid particles from a liquid. They work by generating small amounts of turbulence that trap the particles, while allowing the liquid to pass through unimpeded. In order to ensure proper functioning, the size of the mesh should be such that it can effectively capture the particles that need to be removed.

As components of filtration systems, the filter rings provide structural support to the filter and act as a seal, while the wire mesh demister works to remove solid particles from liquids. The two components work to create a highly efficient stackable filtration system.

1. The size of Stainless Steel wire net is 0.1*0.4mm, 40 mesh
Total height of wire mesh = 150 the number of levels-50.
2. All dimensions are in mm unless otherwise specified.
3. Material of Wire Mesh Demister is SS-304
4. Wire Mesh Demister shall be in four secitions.
5. Density of Demister = 150 kg/m2
6. Top and bottom grid is requred.


Technical Requirements
Note:
1. The size of Stainless Steel wire mesh is 40-100 and wire size is around 0.25mm.
Total height of Demister = 400mm
2. All dimensions are in mm unless otherwise specified.
3. Material of Wire Mesh Demister is SS-304.
4. Wire Mesh Demister shall be in 2-D-shape part.
5. These shall be upper and lower grid on the D-shape demister
6. Density of Demister = 150 kg/m2
7. Quantity = 04 Nos. (Total 8 D-shapes)
8. Weight of 01# demister is about 70 Kg
9. Weight of each D-shape parts is about 35 Kg
10. Wire mesh shall be knitted as given in "Wire Mesh Configuration"
11. Grid should be such that when Two D-shapes are put together, there shall be no gap
