There are five major types of Wire Mesh Demister Pads available according to pad shape: Round, rectangular, semi-circle, tube and special. These pads are generally used in automotive, marine and commercial applications, as they provide superior de-fogging performance, durability and installation ease compared to other materials.

The flat circular metal demister pad is the most commonly used form, it is commonly composed of multi sectional parts to form a round pad. Circular pad demister is made with grid support commonly. Also called framed demister pads.

Tube demister pad is constructed from knitted wire mesh compressed into tubular or tape forms. Often used in auto parts. Without frames.

The rectangular / long metal demister pad is used when a larger space needs to be covered. This demister pad is composed of several joined panels to form a rectangle. Rectangular pad is commonly supplied with grid support.

Half-circle metal demister pad consists of mesh panels connected together through an arc-shaped joint, available in several sizes for different uses.

Special shape can be made to meet specific requirements.
